Dr. Williams is the Founder and President of Rivers of Life School which was established in 2009. The genesis of this school began with Dr. Williams teaching one class, "Dreams Course." In 2010 our founder emerged with a 9 month curricula on the multifaceted voice of God. Today, you’ll benefit from 25+ years of learning, growing, adapting, and innovating from our founder along with a team of anointed, experienced knowledgeable and qualified leaders and instructors.  

Prophetess Pratt is our Dean of Students. She is a pillar at ROLSOM and she brings to this position 16  years of staff experience  and 20+ years of ministry experience. Her faithful commitment to allowing her God-given gifts, skills, and experiences to help build the vision and mission of this school is exceptional. She oversees the overall flow of our school to ensure our standards as a Christian school are being kept. We honor God and respect our Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ. 

Minister Curtis Esquire is the Associate Dean of Student with a Masters of Divinity. She is a theologian and she rightly divides the Word of truth. She helps to carry the weight of the responsibility of running a successful academic year.  She’s a team player and she works diligently alongside our Dean of Students. Tiffany brings so many gifts, creativity and problem solving skills to ROLSOM. She also teaches Biblical Theology Studies at Rivers of Life. She’s an alum of our school and we praise God for sendIng her for such a time as this. 

Prophetess Smith is our Social Media Coordinator. She  promotes a healthy educational environment on social media by establishing private pages for each module during the academic school year for our online students. She oversees the flow of information to ensure that our students are working smarter instead of harder with the use of technology. She monitors the flow and interactions on each page to ensure that our students are safe. Due to the nature of our school a watchman on the wall is imperative.

Rev. Dr.  Woods, manages the activities of the Registrar’s Office and she has custodial responsibility for our student academic records. The office maintains the student files from the initial semester of registration through graduation. She serves our students and faculty by providing access to information necessary to support their educational experience.  She provides  a positive experience to all those who seeks assistance. She reflects  the attributes of Christ to those with whom we interact.

Elder Davis,  Provides administrative support for faculty including securing  the door, desk copies, compiling textbook requests, collecting and producing requested documentation, maintaining electronic and paper files, making copies.  She provides high quality administrative support to the Leadership Team for the good of the whole school. She facilitates an efficient, friendly atmosphere for our students, faculty, staff, and the general public. She treats each person we serve with respect, courtesy and dignity.  She reflects  the attributes of Christ to those with whom we interact

Dr. Becoat, is a therapist specializing in individual, couples, family, trauma, grief-loss, depression, and anxiety therapy, and maintains a private practice in Philadelphia, PA. With over ten years experience as a marriage and family therapist, twenty five years experience as an advocate for children, youth, and their families. Dr. Becoat is a graduate of Palmer Semiary specializing in marriage and family, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.  She's an Alumna of Rivers of Life and she has  served faithfully as a Biblical Counseling instructor for 5 years.

Sis. Jefferies,

Minister Hayes manages the activities of the Registrar's Office. This includes maintaining academic files, coordinating scheduling and registration (and drop/adds), recording grades, coordinating transfer of credit requests, conducting course evaluations, and processing a variety of academic records requests. She helps  students and faculty navigate academic policies and procedures, while maintaining  accuracy in the records she oversees.  She reflects  the attributes of Christ to those with whom we interact

Minister Fleming is our Student Life Coordinator for Campus & Online Students. This Alumna of ROLSOM is anointed to perform multiple tasks and she provides high-level planning, organizing, and delivery of co-curricular and extra-curricular programs for students. Kendria creates a fun learning community that contributes to the overall experience and success of students during their academic year. She also does our marketing and advertising on our social media handles.
